Tell us a bit about yourself to get started
At George Brothers, every home we build stands on the foundation of customer satisfaction. We use every resource at our disposal to ensure the completed home meets our client's needs and aesthetic choices.
We're a design build company capable of building virtually any type of custom home. Our capability affords us flexibility in working within a client's budget to accomplish their goals and streamlines the process from concept to completion. And if you have your own architect you prefer to work with, that's fine with us. Our only goal is to build the home of your dreams.
1. New Home Pre Planning
Our building program starts with a thorough discussion and review of your family's needs, desires, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
2. Evaluate Lot and Design Options
We now evaluate your building lot and design options. If a building site is needed, we begin the search and selection process.
3. Preliminary Design and Specifications
Next step is to develop the preliminary elevations, floor plans and specifications based on the criteria outlined in step 1. Once this is done we can update our estimated construction cost and determine if any changes are necessary to maintain your original design and budget objectives.
4. Complete Construction Drawings
These drawings will enable us to consider and resolve the final architectural and engineering aspects of your home and prepare us for the final construction planning.
5. Construction Planning & Building Contracts
We will now finalize selections and construction documents as well as site construction planning. With this done we can now finalize the building agreement.
6. Obtain Mortgage Commitment and Building Permits
With the building agreement and blueprints completed we're equipped and prepared to finalize the appropriate financing and secure building permits prior to construction.
7. Begin Construction
Finally with planning, design, financing, and permits in place we begin the exciting process of construction of your new dream home.
